A stock’s float — the number of shares available for trading on the open market — can be a powerful indicator of a stock’s price action. One especially important indicator can be when a stock trades its entire float — also known as float rotation — once or more during a single trading session.
The Float Rotation indicator will show you how many times the stock’s float has already rotated, how long it has taken to rotate each time, how close it is to rotating again, and the average time the float has taken to rotate, both during the current trading session, and across your entire chart.
Note: You will need to find and input the float of the stock on your chart, but after that, this indicator will do the rest. Requires an intraday chart.
